Lenovo K8 Plus (3GB RAM)
Design
- Good look and feel
- Ergonomically sized, comfortable for one-handed use
- Fingerprint scanner at the back is easy to reach, and quite responsive
- A bit on the thick and bulky side, measuring 8.99mm and weighing 165g
Display
- Decent Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection - viewing angles are good and colour reproduction is decent
- Sunlight legibility of the display could have been better
Software
- Useful physical button that can be setup to to play/ pause music, switch tracks, or launch a custom app
- Stock Android UI keeps thing nice and simple, and will be much appreciated by Android enthusiasts
Performance
- Good all-round performance backed by solid hardware - multitasking is easy with several apps running in the background, and games run well too
Camera
- Decent dual-camera setup on the rear - decent bokeh shots (as long as you set it up right), good macros, and indoor shots are also pretty good
- Decent front camera too - photos taken with the the front camera are good and can be used on messengers and social networking apps - also, the front flash is handy in dark areas
- Rear camera is pretty good but could have been a bit better in landscape mode, and with HDR
- Also the camera tends to sometimes lag a bit in depth (bokeh) mode
